Role Overview

We’re looking for a talented and analytical CRO Manager to help us enhance user experiences and improve the conversion rate through data-driven experimentation and insight.

If you are passionate about conversion rate optimization, personalization, usability, and leveraging analytics to meet strategic goals, this role offers an exciting opportunity for growth in a results-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and manage high-quality landing page optimization projects.
Design and run A/B and multivariate (MVT) tests to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.
Identify opportunities to improve customer lifetime value (LTV) and profitability.
Analyze and troubleshoot conversion bottlenecks on existing landing pages.
Collaborate on the design process for new landing pages.
Work closely with the analytics team to make data-informed decisions.
Stay current on CRO trends, tools, and best practices.
Contribute to a culture of experimentation, learning, and growth.

Knowledge & Experience

Proven experience in conversion rate optimization across large-scale projects.
Hands-on experience with mainstream A/B and MVT testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, Adobe Target).
Solid understanding of CRO principles, including the application of machine learning and AI in personalization.
Experience with marketing automation platforms and personalization tools is a plus.
Proficiency in web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, GA4, Hotjar, Mixpanel, Fullstory).
Basic design and front-end skills (HTML, CSS) are a strong advantage.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Able to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Self-motivated, fast learner with a passion for CRO and continuous improvement.
