We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to develop and diversify our business with the purpose of guaranteeing the future and growth of the organization. As a Business Development Manager you will manage the relationship with existing clients and you will increase the client base focusing on the best strategic and financial outcomes for the organization.

To be a successful Business Development Manager in our company, first of all you should be passionate about business, marketing and technology, and also have extensive knowledge of the best practices in these three fields.

Responsibilities

Developing growth strategies and plans
Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings in order to increase the client base
Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
Writing business proposals
Drafting and reviewing contracts
Negotiating with stakeholders
Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
Following industry trends locally and internationally
Constantly reporting on positive outcomes and areas needing improvements
Always be up to date with the performance of our digital marketing efforts
Having some fun while doing it

Knowledge & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Development, Economics or Finance, Marketing or related field
Proven 3+ years of experience as Business Development Manager, B2B Sales Manager or a similar role
Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Conflict resolution and assertiveness
Stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to negotiate
Analytical mindset and critical thinking
Able to act independently as well as collaboratively
Able to motivate oneself and prioritize work in a multitasking environment
Not necessarily all of the above skills but still a quick learner with a passion for business development
